Follow this guide if a booking is confirmed/agreed but you or your guest need to cancel.
Go to your "Reservation System" and enter the booking you want to cancel.
NOTE: The difference between "Owner Cancels" and "Guest Cancels" is that if the owner cancels a booking with an agreed quote the automatic "Cancellation Policy" requires to refund the guest all prepayments made. In the case that the guest cancels a confirmed booking however the policy would be that all prepayments are non-refundable.
