Follow this guide if your booking is showing an overdue payment and you want to re-request it from the guest as a reminder.
Step 1: Enter your Booking
Step 2: Send Payment Request
A new message window will open up with the request to pay the outstanding amount and the link for payments via Credit Card. Click "Send".
NOTE: You can always see when you have re-sent the payment request by going into your messages where you can find all conversations with the guest.
