Filter and search your reservations

The search bar in your reservation system gives you the option to look for a specific booking. To manage your reservations and inquiries you can also use filter, and perform bulk actions to improve efficiency.

Search reservations

The default order of your Bookings & Inquiries is set to show you those bookings on top of the list which have been modified last. To search for one specific booking use the Search Box:

  1. Go to Menu and select Reservations.
  2. On the left navigation panel, click into the Search Box  and type in the Guest Name, or the Booking ID and hit Enter.

Filter reservations

To search for a certain type of booking use the Filter.

  1. Go to Menu and select Reservations.
  2. On the left navigation panel, click on the Filter Icon.
  3. A new slide window appears where you can select which filters to apply.

    to see reservations...
    Today
    that have a certain activity today. Best used in combination with the filters Check-In, Check-Out and Stay.
    e.g. see all bookings that have Check-In today.
    Upcoming
    that lie in the future.
    Historic
    that lie in the past.
    Date Range
    that you have/had during certain dates.
    Check-In
    that have check-in on certain dates.
    Check-Out
    that have check-out on certain dates.
    Stay
    that stay during certain dates.
    Booking Status
    • Open
    • Tentative
    • Booked
    • Declined
    of a certain Booking Status.
    Quote Status
    • Agreed
    • Cancelled by owner
    • Cancelled by guest
    • Deactivated
    of a certain Quote Status.
    Unreplied
    where the last message in your conversation was from you to the guest.
    Note: Remember that most actions in the booking would send an automatic notification to your guest.
    Unread
    that you haven't opened / seen yet in your reservation system or that have an unread message from your guest.
    Overduethat have an overdue payment / refund.
    Trash
    that have been deleted.

Example Use Cases:

1. Filter your bookings to see only booked bookings of the following 2 months.

  • Select Date Range of the following 2 months
  • Select Stay
  • Select Booking Status Agreed
  • Click Apply

2. Filter all upcoming bookings that have an overdue payment.

  • Select Upcoming
  • Select Stay
  • Select Overdue
  • Click Apply

💡 Note: Once you have applied the filters you can download a booking report to have a report of these specific bookings.

Bulk actions

If you want to apply a certain action for more than one booking you can use the Select Tool to save time.

  1. Go to Menu and select Reservations.
  2. On the left navigation panel, go to the bottom and click Select.
  3. Select all the bookings for your action by ticking the boxes.                                                                       💡Note: You can also apply a filter here, e.g. to see all declined bookings.
  4. Click on Mark and select the bulk action you want to apply.
