Manage your bookings

The Search bar in your reservation system gives you the option to search for a specific booking. To manage your reservations and inquiries you can also use filter and perform bulk actions to improve efficiency, or delete canceled bookings to keep your system clean and up-to-date.

Search bookings

The default order of your Bookings & Inquiries is set to show you those bookings on top of the list which have been modified last. To search for one specific booking use the Search Box:

  1. Go to Menu and select Reservations.
  2. On the left navigation panel, click into the Search Box  and type in the Guest Name, or the Booking ID and hit Enter

Filter bookings

To search for a certain type of booking use the Filter.

  1. Go to Menu and select Reservations.
  2. On the left navigation panel, click on the Filter Icon
  3. A new slide window appears where you can select which filter to apply.
    Filter by...to show only bookings / inquiries...
    Upcomingthat lie in the future.
    Historicthat lie in the past.
    Overduethat have an overdue payment / refund.
    Unrepliedwhere the last message in your conversation was from you to the guest.
    Note: Remember that most actions in the booking would send an automatic notification to your guest.
    Repliedwhere the last message in your conversation was from your guest.
    Note: This can also mean an action you took.
    Unreadthat you haven't opened / seen yet in your reservation system or that have an unread message from your guest.
    Readthat you have opened in your reservation system or in which you have seen your guets's message.
    Booking Status
    • Open
    • Tentative
    • Booked
    • Declined
    of a certain Booking Status.
    Quote Statusof a certain Quote Status.
    Trashthat have been deleted.

Bulk actions

If you want to apply a certain action for more than one booking you can use the Select Tool to save time.

  1. Go to Menu and select Reservations.
  2. On the left navigation panel, go to the bottom and click Select
  3. Select all the bookings for your action by ticking the boxes. Note: You can also apply a filter here, e.g. to see all declined bookings.
  4. Click on Mark and select the bulk action you want to apply. See

Delete a booking

If you want to delete a booking:

  1. Go to Menu and select Reservations.
  2. Click onto the booking you want to delete.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and click on Move this booking to Trash

Note: To delete several bookings at the same time you could use the Bulk action.

Note: Bookings with an Agreed Quote cannot be deleted. You would first need to cancel the booking before it can be deleted.

Recover a deleted booking

If you deleted a booking by accident and want to recover it:

  1. Go to Menu and select Reservations.
  2. On the left navigation panel, click on the Filter Icon
  3. A new slide window appears. Scroll down to the bottom and select Trash
  4. Go to the booking you want to recover. At the top of the booking you will see a little message This booking is in the trash folder. If you want to recover it Click here
