Synchronize Lodgify with your listings on external booking channels, so that your availability is always up-to-date and reservation details can be accessed in your Lodgify reservation system. We differentiate between two types of connections, one is via Channel Managers which allow the synchronization of reservation details and management of all bookings via your Lodgify reservation system. The second connection type is via iCal which only updates your availability calendar. In some cases (i.e. Airbnb) you can choose between a standard iCal integration or special integrations via the Channel Manager. We always recommend to use the Channel Manager, and only in the case that Lodgify is not used as your central reservation system you might prefer to just synchronize your calendars via standard iCal.
Go to Menu and access the Channel Manager to see the different connections you can set up.
💡 Note: If you connect to Airbnb Professional and you don't have a property set up yet in Airbnb, you can easily create a new listing in Airbnb by exporting all property information from Lodgify and save a lot of manual work. To connect to any of the other external channels, you will first need to have an account with the property already set up in the respective channel. In general, it is not possible to make changes to any imported booking in Lodgify, so to edit the booking you must log directly into your account, i.e. Airbnb or Booking.com
