Upgrade or Downgrade your Subscription

In order to upgrade or downgrade of your subscription, follow these steps:                   

Step1: Go to Billing

Go into your "Menu" and select "Billing".

Step 2: Choose your Plan

  • Click on "Upgrade or Downgrade".

  • You will be able to see a resume of your current plan.
  • You can choose a new plan.
  • If you sign up in the middle of the month, the proportional amount will be calculated.
  • You can see the total amount you will have to pay by clicking on "Calculate Amount Due & Continue".

  • For example if we choose to upgrade to a Yearly MultiS Plan we will receive the following message:

Final Step: Confirm Up- or Down-Grade

  • Once you click on "Confirm", the indicated amount will automatically be charged to the provided credit card.
